Ok, this is so not fair.
You cannot skip the LimboTelegraph, LimboPhonograph, and LimboPhone, and go straight to internet LimboVision!

Yes, Limbovision will accept ANYTHING!
But, that is not to say it will necessarily be aired...some subjects will obviously be not aired [eg:XXX porn, snuff films, cruelty to animals, etc]
Cell Phone vids are very welcome!
They will have their own category and be the basis of an online contest for "best cellphone video"
All formats of video file are accepted.
