Scientific Evidence Refutes Intelligent Design!

While most people with an IQ above room temperature take the abovementioned headline for granted, there still remains a "cool" 30 percent or so that dispute the claim. Most of these naysayers are proponents of what is known as: "Intelligent Design" (aka: Creationism)

There is also a "Flat Earth Society" that maintains the earth to be flat, but these silly people are not insisting that the Flat Earth Worldview be taught in the nation's schools. In actual fact, when pressed, any Flat-Earther will "roll-over" and acknowledge the spherical nature of the planet. Not so for the hardline, and more vocal, Intelligent Design-oramus.

In an ironic twist, President Bush has inadvertently provided "evidence" supporting Darwin's "Theory of Evolution", and as a consequence further alienated and enraged a large section of his constituency.

Any chance we can put the chimp in charge?

Whilst I believe in evolution, this montage make's me dispair that it is not happening fast enough. Then again, didn't the neandathals co-exist with the homosapians? (appologies to the neandathals; judging by these photo's, they may well have had a ceribral cortex bigger than Dubya's)

Terry-

Actually, the Neanderthals likely had a bigger cortex than modern humans, as their average brain case has a higher volume than the brain case of your average H. sapiens sapiens.

However, the way cortical areas are connected may make a big difference in how "good" a brain is at what it does. Bigger isn't necessarily better. Although in Bush's case...

Terry!

Refer to the evil monkey's webpage for more info on brains...he is a brainiac. evil monkey and verge fought together in the trenches of the Pseudoscience Wars.

PS: were you drunk when you wrote that? Your spelling is atrocious...even for an Aussie.

Yeah, now that you mention it, Evil Monkey needs to get back into the habit of posting science.

lovin ya live verge, but why must we decipher some obfuscated characters before we are allowed to post? there may be some dyslexics out there whose wit and wisdom will never appear on your site.
