Bush Demonstrates "Culturural" Awareness On Asian Trip!

[Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia] The first US President to ever visit Mongolia, George Bush, displayed the cultural aplomb and grace that has marked his presidency.

As the Presidential carpet unfurled along the airport's icy tarmac, the President mumbled to a nearby aide that he was "famished", then smiled broadly to the Mongolian delegates awaiting him below, and waved. The Harvard-educated Prime-Minister Elbegdorf Tsakhia greeted the President warmly and the two leaders exchanged some of the "folksey chatter" the President has come to be known for. Slapping the Prime Minister on the back, Bush confided that he was so hungry he could eat a horse. "But I'll settle fer some of that tastey lamb ya'll are known for", added the US President.

at least he din't refer to them as mongoloids. Or did he?

Hehe. "Little Mongo".

Bush told the PM: "I'm real proud of your freedom. Now let me tell you something about freedom. You need plenty of oil exports to enjoy freedom. This free lamb is a wonderful piece of freedom."

Phil, I was intrigued by the recipe for Mongolian Lamb, so I went to the link, wrote it down and cooked it. That was real tasty and healthy too! A great dinner to come home to after maraudering bare-back around the Stepp on a stout little pony. Just thinking about that inspired food combination makes me want to mount-up and gallop: sesame seeds, soy sauce, dry sherry, ginger and chilli oil. It's a wonder, now that Dubya has visited, they don't commemorate by opening a McDonalds with the aforementioned sauce combo on a "Mongol-Macca". Terry

Terry! Shhh...."they" might be listening...don't give "them" anymore bad ideas. By the way...You ARE the Thunder From Downunder!
