My friend Alayna [www.alaynastroud.com] sent me this unbelievable video the other day. She is a fearless Bi-coastal acrobatic dancer/choreographer currently in The Bay Area.
The video starts a little slow, but crescendoes into an insane arrangement of aerial acrobatics and gravity defying hijinx...
